To be successfully in your running you should do each some body building,have a great diet,do all excercises,before and after you run.Injury well consult coach or doctor,warm up well and the three trainings speed training,strength and weight.I don't really know about the rest of sporting activities only running love to run.Just contact me on anything you need to know.
