Question:

We have a High Performance Centre for coaching high school rugby players

Hi David.
We have a High Performance Centre with a top, highly qualified Powerlifting Coach as well as a top, highly qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach. We need to train boys from about 13 years of age to get stronger for Rugby. What exercises would you recommend? Also, we have some boys that only start training with us when they are 16 years of age. Again, what exercises would you recommend for these players?
