Question:

I have added some weighin the midsection and stiff left ankle?

I am a 52 yr. old male that is decently active but 2 yrs. ago I broke my right ankle and have added some extra weigh in the midsection. How do I decrease the weigh gain and get the flexibility back in my ankle. At my age I was still considered one of the fastest guys on the field. I use to run on my toes all the time and now I feel its a whole foot or heal running.
