Question:

how can i convert power / strength into speed on the track ?

I single leg squat 150kg, deadlift 300kg, bench press 200kg, unpright row 150kg, sigle box jump four full reebok steps approximately 4ft etc but i cannot seem to transfer that power / strength onto the track. I am a masters 100m / 200m who competes at international level. I run in the M45 - 50 age category and the world 100m record for that age category is 10.7 secs. I ran 11.16 but know i am capabe of running 10.9 - 10.8 secs  with an aim to equal or break that record.
